How Do I Activate a Data Traffic Package?

Offline

Bring a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months) and visa to the business hall of China Mobile, China Unicom or China Telecom. Take a number and queue up, explain your needs to the staff, choose a suitable package, fill in the application form and complete the real-name authentication.

Online

Through online platforms such as Nihao Mobile, select a package and place an order, fill in the receipt information and pay. After receiving the SIM card, follow the instructions to activate it with your passport.

Note: Some small business halls may not accept foreign passports, so please call in advance to confirm.
