Qigong Therapy

It is an exercising method to build up health, prevent and treat diseases, prolong life expectancy and exploit potential by means of regulation of qi and mental activities, and posture management. Dynamic qigong and static qigong are the two types among various ones, the former focusing on physical exercising with mind and qi, while the latter on regulation of mental activities and breath without any physical movement. In general, the two types are combined in practice.
