In ancient China, rich burials have always been prevalent. Since the Xia Dynasty, bronze artifacts have been serving as funeral objects.
When it came to the Warring States Period, these bronze objects were replaced by ceramic vessels, many of which are colorfully painted.
Most of the vessels have been polished and painted with floral patterns or other colorful designs.
Some other techniques were also used in the making of these ceramic vessels, thus further making the pots highly artistic.
