Interactive Reading Conference Held in Jinan
Recently, the book sharing and signing ceremony for The Log of Hunting in the Sea , hosted by Yunnan Publishing Group and People's Publishing House of Yunnan, was officially held at the 31st National Book Trading Expo in Jinan.
The book is a puzzle solving novel for ocean exploration, breaking through the traditional publishing mode of books. It is the first time in the world to creatively adopt the technique of “Colors emerge when they encounter water” , which is developed independently by Yunnan People's Publishing House, to produce a cover blind box. This technique has obtained two national invention patents, setting a precedent for book publishing. Exploring a new type of publishing product that combines tradition and innovation meets the new needs of the publishing industry in the new era.
The author of this book, Zhou Zhou, is a member of the Yunnan Writers Association who is proficient in creating science fiction and fantasy novels. In addition, the author has also created several scripts, game content structures, and lyrical works. In order to write the book, Zhou Zhou spent 9 years collecting story materials from 14 countries and regions along the Maritime Silk Road. She has sailed sailboats to the Andaman Sea, landed on multiple uninhabited islands through diving and boating, and visited hundreds of professionals such as sea gypsies, pearl hunters, and giant fish hunters. After receiving the manuscript, Yunnan People's Publishing House determined the editing direction and policy based on the judgment of the manuscript, and established a dedicated editing team for this purpose. After two years of careful design and construction, the book was finally produced. As soon as it was introduced to the market, the book received praise and admiration from all parties.
